Our client is a leading Insurance business looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to join the team permanently.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy scalable Salesforce CRM solutions supporting key insurance business processes
• Lead client unification, MDM and data governance initiatives across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems
• Design and deliver complex integrations between Salesforce and core insurance platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across Salesforce development and engineering teams
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Skills / Experience:

·      Hands-on Salesforce development experience

·      Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and API expertise

·      MDM, data governance and client unification experience

·      Large-scale Salesforce integration experience

·      Insurance or financial services experience
