Our client is a global Insurance business seeking a Data Engineering Manager (Senior Director) to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will lead the transformation of the organisation’s enterprise data platforms, consolidating legacy systems, improving data quality and automation, and delivering trusted data solutions across the business.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise data platforms supporting underwriting, claims, finance, risk and regulatory reporting.
· Consolidate legacy systems and fragmented regional data warehouses into unified global data platforms.
· Automate and improve critical finance and actuarial processes
· Establish strong data quality, validation, lineage and governance frameworks to ensure reliable and auditable data.
· Build and lead a high-performing global data engineering team while partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
