Our client is a global Insurance business seeking a Full Stack Lead to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Technical Lead will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of modern full-stack applications and platforms, combining hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for architecture, engineering quality and successful product delivery within a P&C insurance environment.
Responsibilities:
· Own the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
· Define scalable, secure and reusable solution architectures aligned with business, technology and regulatory requirements.
· Provide hands-on technical leadership across application design, development, code reviews and complex problem-solving.
· Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering, architecture and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
· Partner with business and technology stakeholders to manage delivery plans, resolve risks and ensure solutions meet P&C insurance needs.
